We own a brand-new top quality spray machine for applying coatings to polystyrene flotation blocks. These coated floats meet all industry standards, including those set by the Department of Fisheries, Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Coast Guard. This machine is custom-designed for spraying plural components such as polyurea, polyurethane and hybrids.

The components are mixed under high pressure and automatic temperature control at the tip of the spray gun to provide a consistent spray pattern.
